ARZOÉ Perfumes currently offers delivery across India to serviceable locations.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote locations or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include adverse weather, public holidays, logistics disruptions, strikes, natural events or other force-majeure circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms communicated with the relevant offer.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer through the contact details provided at checkout, where available.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and valid contact details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged Package
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to document the condition of the package and follow the Return & Refund Policy if the product inside is damaged.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If an order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact customer care with your order number. ARZOÉ Perfumes will coordinate with the relevant logistics partner to investigate the shipment.
